If you are a new Gill Opticians customer and you already have a contact lens prescription, you can upload a photo of both your eyesight and contact lens prescription on the form below. Your uploaded prescriptions must be less than 2 years old. If you don’t have an up to date prescription call us at (01) 285 3227 to make an appointment for an eyesight test and contact lens check up.
